The business

This store is operated by Hot Corner Cards and Collectibles, 5306 2nd Ave, Suite E, Kearney, NE 68847. Phone (308) 455-0806, email hotcorner2024@gmail.com. “We” and “us” mean the shop; “you” means the customer.

Accounts

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian complete the purchase for you. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give us accurate contact and shipping details, since we use them to reach you about your order. We may suspend an account used for fraud, chargeback abuse, reseller scraping, or abuse of staff.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time as the market moves. Inventory is a single shared pool with our physical shop, so an item can sell in-store while it is in your cart; the site reserves your items only briefly once you begin checkout. If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, or an item sells out before your payment is confirmed, we may cancel the affected line and refund it in full. That is the one situation where we issue money back.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm payment and accept the order. Card details are entered on our payment processor’s hosted page, and an order is only treated as paid after that processor confirms the payment to us directly. Sales tax is applied where required. If a payment is reversed or a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may cancel outstanding orders and revoke rewards points tied to them.

All sales final

Sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by law or in the cancellation cases described above. Graded cards are sold in the grade assigned by the grader and as-is. Full detail is in our return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery timing, carrier handling, and risk of loss are covered in our shipping policy, which also forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape it in bulk, or interfere with other customers’ ability to shop. Our listings, photos, text, and branding belong to us and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Descriptions and disclaimers

We describe every item in good faith, but condition assessments on raw cards are opinions, and colors vary between screens. Except where the law says otherwise, items are provided without further warranty, and we make no promise about future resale value or grading outcomes. Trading cards are collectibles, not investments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost collecting opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes and governing law

Contact us first — most problems are solved with a phone call. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and any dispute that cannot be resolved directly belongs in the state or federal courts serving Buffalo County, Nebraska.

We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order is the version that applies to it. See also our privacy policy and cookie notice.
